Director of Operations

Oversee all software operations to develop and deliver high-quality products, and ensure business operations are lean, efficient, effective, and systematic.

We are a fast, tight-knit group of highly-experienced technical individuals, both in code and business experience. Our team has launched multiple startups, many of which have been purchased by Fortune 1000 - 100 companies. We have experience building everything from ETL engines to highly polished native mobile applications. We are a team that works hard, works fast, and expects great results.

The base salary range below represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Long Term Incentives, an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.

Base Salary Range: $125,000 - $250,000 USD

Your job:

As VP Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing Take2's software operations to develop and deliver high-quality products, and ensure business operations are lean, efficient, effective, and systematic. You will be responsible for developing and implementing operational improvements across multiple departments, including standardized processes, OKR's, and delivery metrics for each of your departments to abide by and report on.

In the ever-changing technology landscape, as VP Operations, you will establish standards and procedures while remaining agile to changing client demands.

Additionally, this role will require a strong, colloborative leader with the ability to build and lead a high-functioning, cross-disciplined team, who is able to provide operational advice and recommendations to the President / CEO in order to maximize profitability while meeting the strategic high-level objectives of the company.

You will be responsible for ensuring all departmental Directors hit predetermined internal metrics for performance, as well as assisting your them through more complicated technical & operational requirements, as well as any escalated client communication or delivery issues.

  • Ensure continuous improvement of software products delivered to clients, both in cost and quality

Job Requirements
  • 10+ years operations experience
  • 5+ years software development experience
  • BA in Accounting, Business Administration or Computer Science
  • MBA Preferred
  • Must possess strong business management, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written, oral, interpersonal and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to operate on an Executive level as part of a high-functioning, results-oriented team.
  • Requires extensive proven experience in establishing both long and short-term goals, developing comprehensive business plans to achieve those goals and executing on the business plans.
  • Ability to be strategic and roll up your sleeves to accomplish what needs to be done.
  • Highly organized with a strong sense of urgency to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to multi-task, manage projects, and work within deadlines.
  • A professional positive influencer with strong communication skills.
  • Strong operational and execution experience (with large programs).
  • Able to form deep, trusted relationships with Pure UT executive leadership and employees.
