The base salary range below represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Take2's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include commission, annual bonuses, Long Term Incentives, an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.
Base Salary Range: $100,000 - $300,000 USD per year
As a Director of Sales & Marketing, you would work with executive leadership to develop, implement, and execute cohesive, results-driven revenue pipelines. You would be responsible for developing sales quota commitments to executive leadership, and meeting or exceeding those quota commitments within 10%.
Initially, and as you develop an overall sales strategy, you will be originating and closing new sales. As your revenue pipeline proves to be successful, you will be responsible for hiring and developing a sales team.
